finally finished my z50 today :) z50 engine dont wrk so i had 2 put my chinga 110 in it :( ohwell at least i will be able to ride it... will get some pics up 2morow. tell me what u think once u see the pics

the cable is brand new not snapped, and as tight as it can go. i have adjusted the clutch arm on the gearbox so i can move it with my hand... i tried holding it in with my hand then putting it in gear and see if it works but it didnt. i really dont no what it could be.

when i pull the clutch in the cable moves but the small lever on the gearbox does not. when i click it into gear it stalls... unless i give a lot of gas lol

someone help please ? ur advice would be greatly appreciated :)

the little spring clutch thing (lol sorry dont no what its called) that comes out of the gearbox is really tight and hrad to move. can i adjust it somehow?

also i have a small crack in my gear box .. mustve stacked onto a rock or something i guess. when the bike is on a bit of air leakes from the crack. what would be best to seal t with.. i was thinking either liquid nails or gasket goo ?

ok thanks. well the engine has been run in a long time ago and it seems to be running fine with this oil in it so i might jst leave it in for a few more rides. thanks for the help.

i just changed the oil in my bike before and the fresh oil that i put in was red. lol jst thought this was strange since iv never seen red oil before? is this normal? the oil was Penrite 4 stroke motoroil.

hey guys i need ur help urgently. whenever i change into 3rd gear it makes a rattling/grinding noise like the chains about 2 snap or something. every other gear is fine except 3rd. did i wreck the gear ?

i jst bought fast50s cam covers for my 50 but i dont no how to put it on dont wanna damage it.. any one no how? thanks :p
