urban x motos

Hi, We recently bought an Urban x RTV 200 without instructions and can't work out how to get it going! The light shows its charging and shows when its charged, and the headlights work, but it wont drive. Can anyone please help? Is there some sort of safety cut off or go procedure? Thanks Keri

:) does anyone know if klx style plastics will fit on an mxi/ urban x motos 125cc with the twin spar frame as the plastics on it are a weird design and dont allow a decent sticker kit to fit them.
