Hi. I am interested in a quad bike that's in eBay

I just want to know somethings. I know this isn't a quad bike site but I was wondering if anyone knows if its good as in engine, frame, reliability. Also, I will the change the 250cc engine and replace it with a watercooled one (still chinese). Is it tunable, so can I forge the pistons or give it a bigger carb, put a small turbo on it or even get a scrap used CRF250 engine from the wreckers and put it on it then tune it. If your gonna tell me to buy a Grizzly 250 or a TRX250 or whatever the answer is that I don't have that much to blow (I'm only 16) and besides I wouldn't blow $6000 on an ATV I'd just get a VFR400 or a CBR250RR (I'm getting my learner license for motorcycle).
Please help I'd appreciate it a lot.
