About running in an Atomik RS

Hey im about to buy an Atomik RS and on the site it ses to not over rev it for the first 3 tanks. Is this really important? My friend rekons that you should run it hard, Break In Secrets--How To Break In New Motorcycle and Car Engines For More Power thats url that he sed to look at. Is this the way to do it? What have you guys done to your bikes wen runin it in? Thanks

Dude Ive put around 20-30 hours on my Lifan 140 and i have only gone through 3-4 tanks of fuel...

haha yeah...it would take forever to get through 3 tanks! i worked out you get about 7 or 8 hours out of ONE tank
just run it in like you would normally ride it but with mineral oil!
