ATV recommendations

I posted this in general chat but just realised there was an ATV section so meh.

Hi guys, i am new to the game with a max of 2k to spend and was wondering what you think about this bike. or if you have any alternatives (second hand is fine.)

O yuk, i would not get any of those quads.... try & get your self a nice honda or Yamaha

YFS200's are pretty keen can get 2002 models for around 2.5 & will out last that mastiff by about 30 years

but there will be plenty of jap quads out there for under 2k if you look around

Couldn't agree more with hillz. I've got a 250 yamoto quad that is just problem after problem and would never consider a chinese quad again.

ok .. quads .. think honda yamaha suzuki .. good quad for around 2k used 400ex reliable honda 5 speed loads of torque and power parts ready available anywhere ..

something less agressive .. honda 250ex great electric start reverse headlight semei auto shaft drivven no worries about chains snapping off or anything turn key go

the yfs 200 yamaha blaster good butt small for the power it can put out .. 2 stroke not so reliable ..

want speeeeeed yamaha banshee sick quads 2 cly 2 stroke 6 speed and trust me there is no replacement for this bike if u have ridden one with some work done .. even stock form there crazy ..


dont buy .. yamaha warrior yamaha raptor 660's and stray away from kawasakis .. there trannys are always issues .. and stay away from honda 300ex .. problems always blowing out rear axle carrier bearings .. check craigslist .. honda is in my own the best .. quality power and reliablity .. look em up ..
