I have a Pitpro 150LE which is three years old. About a year ago the centre casing of the engine cracked at the back and dumped most of the oil onto the rear shock. Rather than try and repair it i bought a DHZ160 HO engine.

After a bit of mucking around bending the exhaust pipe and getting an intake manifold that would work with the Molte carby that had been on the broken engine I got it all together. I then found that i couldn't get the Molte to stop leaking fuel, so I ditched it for a "Mikuni" from DHZ.

Bottom line is that the bike is now amazing, easy to start, goes like a rocket.

I would certainly recommend this setup to anyone looking to replace their engine/carby.

DHZ were excellent to deal with as well. The motor was shipped with free freight to Canberra and arrived the day after i ordered it.

Cheers

Chris
