lightened oil slinger were do they go

i have a 125 lifan that isnt start in any gear i was wondering were the lightened oil slinger goes

Are you sure about that?My mate has a bike that isnt start any gear,and my bike is start any gear, and they both have IRK and lightened oil slinger???

you can put it on a non start in any gear motor but you will probably will have problems.
