What an interesting thread this. I have what I understand is a brandless standard bike. Came with a 110cc on a steel frame, its got aluminum rims and swingarm. Nicely built though. So far, here's what's been done:

-Ported and polished in/ex ports
-Match ported intake manifold. Cut, extended and twisted to accommodate carb.
-Mounted a 26mm
-Shaved the head
-Repacked muffler with steel wool (loose packing this time)
-Removed electric start system
-Kitaco ignition coil
-Performed timing mod (advanced)
-Mounted street tires
-Mounted a pushbike speedo/odo
-Replaced front and rear fenders to a bigger sized one. Original was short and looked wrong
-Switched 14t to 16t. Kept 37t
-Pushbike choice grips
-Mounted longer rear shocks (25 to 27cm). changed shock oil and mounted 1100lb spring
-Quick throttle

This is how much mod I'll do to this as with how I use my bike, I'm pretty much happy with how its been. Might go get one of those seemingly unpopular 200cc's as a second bike as I'm technically challenged by it and I anticipate having loads of fun spending time.
