should I big bore my Honda Z50R ???

hi everyone,

my honda z50r needs piston rings...and i figure why im at it should i put in a big bore kit??? it would be an 88cc,

If you think i should, would high performance 20mm carby be ok to use with it??


And should i use stock head or buy new 1??

yeh man do it. if you wanna buy a kit Grooveyguru has some kits on ebay to suit going cheap . Hes a regular on monkeygarage.com.au and heaps of guys on there buy parts from him and rave about him. I just bought one of these kits 4 my 75 ct70. The 20mm carb will be perfect for it.

What year Z50R is it?

If you need to rebuild the top end then you'd be mad not to big bore it.

20mm is plenty big for an 88...

go the big bore, i put a 125cc in my zed and im looking at going bigger when funds allow
