Top Banner was causing layout problems

I didn't realise until now the top banner was creating layout issues in the header. Was anyone experiencing the forum header being all choppy for the past week? Anyways, it should all be good now. Let me know if you still have issues.

Sweet dude. Yeah it previously looked alright on my home computer but when on the site at an internet cafe it looked like a mess.
