What part is this?

I got 4 49cc dirt bikes off ebay(not diablo`s,but the ones with the flames stickers)from oz-auction.When i pulled one of the bikes out of the box,there was a short spring with a black rubber gromet kind of thing.
I would like to know what this is off.Mabee it just fell in the box in the factory,but if it is off THIS BIKE i would guess mabee out of the front shockers.
Look at the picture.Any help would be greatly appreciated.AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE.

is it like 2 inches long and little half an inch thik? it came with my cag but i didnt no what it was so i just left it lol

Could it be part of the packing? That was there for freight?

yeah well it came with my cag also lol i havent had any problems becides the pull start the frame cracking the brake levers snaping off and the carby leaving..haha what a joke.

Thats the return spring and the rubber that goes around it for your brake caliper!
