    i'll give that a try, how do I go about getting both lined up is it better to try adjust one over the other?

    so i'll double check but I think the marks are a little bit off when one is lined up the other is not on the mark by a little bit maybe a 2cm. I'll recheck them but if this is the case how to I go about getting them both lined up is it easier or adjust one or the other?

    Its just the stock foam filter that came with the bike I don't think its anything special. Would the filter be affecting the engine?

    ok so I moved the clip to the second highest spot on the needle and now when I open the throttle it the engine dies unless I release the throttle back to idle? Is this now because its running to lean? I took the spark plug out and the end was all black which is to rich correct? I thought it was...

    Ok I have moved it up to the middle notch still seems to hesitate at after 1/2 throttle gonna try move it up another one tomorrow, ill let you know how I go. Thanks for the help

    rev it quickly and it starts to hesitate at around half throttle I would say. Should I move the clip on the needle would that help at all? Are you talking about the needle that slides up when you move the throttle?

    When you say mover the clip futher down the needle, I assume you a referring to a needle in the carby?
