I went with .003-.005 Bike sounds decent now.

Meant 00.3-.005

Set them to .004 on both .003 seemed a bit tight for the inlet. Stomp reccomended .005-.003.

Did your valves wear out faster ? How often do you adjust them ? Iv been told there's no particular interval.

I'm getting alot of mixed info, been told the valves would wear out faster if i set to 03. 0.4.

What engine are those settings for ? Spoke to mechanic who said the Japanese equivalent use 3 a 4.

Won't that bend a valve ?

Is that a common adjustment?

Just done the valves, no difference in sound, 4 thou and 6 thou. It sounds awful, new motor with about 300ish miles.

Thanks for the tips but none of that worked, made my own harness for head light and tail light.

Me, It's a mess I know. It runs but won't charge the lights, it has something to do with the ignition. These two wires should hook on to the ignition coil, only one connection tho, the black and yellow.
