    None of the heads you mentioned will fit the Postie110. Don't worry about the gearbox etc letting go. I used to modify the ATC90's out to 320cc using XL175 top ends with no bottom end problems.

    The 110 postie has a different bolt pattern as in engine mounts, in fact they are nothing like the engines in pit bikes, completely different design.

    You can make a hollow brass bushing or tube that goes on the top of the carb slide and limits the amount the throttle can be opened.

    With the ATC 70 trike, 2 inches in the frame is needed, so something similar with the Pit Bikes, I suppose. They weigh 30kg and it is modified from a stand up design to a lay down.     How does this mod grab you? 200cc. 2 inches longer and 1 inch wider than a 125 engine.

    Calculations

    It has been my experience that stroking makes a lot more HP than boring. 25% more HP with a stroker crank over a big bore to the same cc's.
