How does this mod grab you? 200cc. 2 inches longer and 1 inch wider than a 125 engine.

how much duz it weigh? and does it fit into the norm pit bikes or is it a standup engine

Not sure if that'd fit, the front wheel comes pretty close to the motors as it is, never mind the wacky 14" wheel guys (it'll never clear there wheel size)

Note: I rode my mates brothers bike (06 Thumpstar Pro 14x12 setup) today for about 4 hours solid ... i hoped to run the suspension in for him and give it a hard time as it hadn't realy been riden much, I run the bike til i ran outta fuel and in the process i blew the rear shocks seal somtime along the way... I dont like 14" wheels i can control a 12" front a hell of alot better.

With the ATC 70 trike, 2 inches in the frame is needed, so something similar with the Pit Bikes, I suppose. They weigh 30kg and it is modified from a stand up design to a lay down. The chain lines up and pegs from an ATC 90 bolt up. Track and Trail in Newcastle have fitted one of my engines to a KTM 60, so anything is possible. They are $1,695 with a harness and carb.

lol... thats massave.. whats the expected hp of that ? and i think it is a big work in progress.. there looks like the opening on the top where the old barrel used to fit.

You'd have to build a custom frame around the motor. Be pretty cool to cover the hole left with perspex so you could see the crank. Do you modify the oil passages and and paths in the head to suit the new horizontal position?
