looks good, dosnt actually say whats in the kit, you would definitely need different handlebars

when i got my bike it had no gear lever and a faulty rear tube it took alot of emails to get what i want, they eventually agreed to send replacements if i took photos and yeh....i eventually gave up, the chinese tube would probly pop after a few rides anyway

na not the carby, the manifold just make it a bit more free flowing by removing casting dags

if you clean up the casting on the inside of the carby maniflod and open it up just a little im sure this will help. i might do this to my bike next week if i dont sell it.

ah yeah i get ya, sorta like ram flow on a road bike, im not having a got at ya but personally i dont see it helping at all on a mini bike especially one of the cheap 110 minis, by the amount of dirt that i get in my face from the front wheel i would say the air cleaner would cop it sweet...

like i said the pivot point is out of whack which causes the chain to become too tight or too loose (the swingarm movement effects on the chain tension should be alot less than it is) i tryed having the chain a little looser, it comes off the sprockets, ive tryed haveing it a little tighter...

hahaha yeah im positive the sprockets are aligned properly, what i mean by the swingarn being out of alignment is that the pivot point is too high in relation to the front sprocket making the chain looser and tighter when the swingarm goes up and down

ill give that a try (changing gears under load) ive been backing off the throttle before trying to change gears. it happens all the time not just going downhill. i thought it might have something to do with the swingarm being out of alignmet which means that the chain cant be adjusted...

i finally got my 110cc dirt bike seemed good when i got it, but it came without a gearlever. the chain that comes on these bikes is the worst quality i have ever seen it stretches that much after riding for about 10 min that it comes off the sprockets. engine has good power but the gearbox...

yeah for $600 im not complaining

im more worried about bending/breaking this bike than blowing it up or seizing it
