anyone know the valve clearance for 125 zongshen?

dam i wish my problem was that simple i think i might have to let a shop figure it out because i dont have any spare parts i can use to test anything

checked for air leaks but i dont think its that because all the seals/gaskets are good and everything is tight i have been playing with the slide needle and it runs best on the very top setting but it still wont let me use more then half throttle (pops and backfires) if i put it on the second...

hey mate did you find out what was wrong with it mine is popping and backfiring when i hold the revs at half throttle and it dies if i go any further then that

no good i made sure it had the clip thing that holds it down and then i tried putting the c-clip on each setting but that didnt do anything either

i thoroughly cleaned out the carby and i put a new plug in the other day so ill check the needle and let you know thanks mate

also in the perfect world other people would finish off their threads with what the problem was i found a lot of spluttering threads but none with a solution to the problem i done the mixture screw but that wasnt it so i need to try adjusting the pin and float level hope it one of them is there...

how much did it cost to make it street legal including all the indicators and lights ect i think ive seen this on the road a few times

works on some bikes but not on others! i guess the only way to find out is to get one but changing the sprockets is a good idea for getting a bit more acceleration or top speed just depends on what you want because you either loose top speed or acceleration i think its something like if you...

thanks to everyone that helped me out i got it running this morning it was the 2 missing green wires i found some old wire and reconnected them and it started first kick but its spluttering and popping like crazy does anyone know how far out the mixture screw should be thanks again you guys...

its just a pic off the net so never mind the red arrows its the same set up as my one but mine has only got the back/red, yellow and white its missing the 2 green wires next to the black/red i will find the camera in the morning and take photos of mine
