I have a 16T front sprocket, big bore exhaust, uni filter and a #75 main jet. Not sure how it get it running perfect but seems to run rich. Should I go up to a #80 main?

It fits 99 and earlier. Just looking for a higher rev range for 90-100km/hr zones not going to the salt flats :/

Went to Sheppy's for the Origin. Great little pub! Home now and will be pulling the clutch and housing apart to see what I find. Thanks again guys

Ok cheers guys. Yeah I think it will be an easy fix but other then that she runs like a gem and takes on my mates new 2008 and 2009 models with ease haha. Ill have a look at it closer in a few weeks see how I go.. Off to Bali now! Peace out :)

Hey blokes. Recently bought a 1990 ct110 with 22,xxx kms on it for a cheap $600. It has problems finding Neutral and seems to struggle to want to stay in 3rd or 4th and tends to get stuck half way and sounds like a meat grinder eating some steel. Does it sound like the common gear selector...

It's bogging at low rpm.. Seems ok at high rpm. Ill try dropping the needle down a notch or two

Yeah I'd say it's black.. Will changing the jets get me close for it to run smooth.. It's Boggs crazy when on the throttle and it's hard to get a steady smooth idle

OK well its running the best it has atm but still blowing smoke with the choke on but when it get warm with choke off it stops?. It has a #36 slow jet and #100 main and was looking at changing them out to something that might suit what i have a bit better? thanks!

That looks right to me?? I don't get why it's not starting now... Going to put new spark plug in as its sparking out the side of the core of the plug not down the centre like it should.
