Hey I just took my bike apart to brace the frame put it all back together and when I start it it revs off its head and when I give it a bit of throttle it sort of bogs a little bit or does nothing at all what could be the problem ??

I've still gotta paint the frame then I'll get some pics when I'm putting it back together

I just braced my crf5o frame and now the fuel tank is unbalanced and sits higher do I just put washers between the frame and fuel tank when I bolt it back on and will it throw my seat and plastics out of whack and make them not fit properly?

I'm going to be hitting Ramps on it I'll brace the frame up and do some suspension adjustments is there anything else I should do ?
