I want to elimate the key as it is faulty. It has 4 wires from the plug to the key switch. Green (earth), Red (has 12v from harness) Black (has 12v when the key is on and the key is wiggled enough) Black/white (has 24v when engine running, 0v when not running. Looks like it comes from CDI)...

Hi, My son has a tdr 70. I haven't had a problem in the past but on the weekend a freinds son was learing to ride so we put him on it. He only stayed in 1st gear and in a matter of a few minutes it started to get hot. Any suggestions? Thanks Travis

I changed my sons tdr70 from 12inch to 10inch rims without a problem. I dropped the frorks through the triple clamp as well. I did it as he couldn't reach the ground to well. I have recently changed back to a 12inch on the front (looks heaps better). One thing to keep in mind is if you change...
