Check the exhaust port and/or the exhaust pipe for being clogged up with carbon deposits. The engine could be down on compression, worn rings.

I tried putting some fork oil in. It ended up squirting out through the breather holes in the top caps.. all over the place. LOL. Have a look at the type of forks I have (they are the upside down type.) Atomik Motorsports.

I've never heard of them being charged with gas before... Rear shock yes but not front forks! Sounds like the forks are shot then. I can't see me spending $$ on getting them replaced so I'l probably put up with them sagging a bit. Cheers, tRev.
