I'm having problems with my throttle cable i just bought the bike ( DHZ 140 cc Outlaw) , got home set it up and when i kick start it , rev like normal , but when i turn the handle bars to the left the revs increase but when i turn it to the right the revs decrease and turns off. does anyone...

On the weekend picking up my brand new DHZ 2009 Outlaw 140 cc what are some things i should do after i get it and put the handle bars, front wheel and rear shock?? anything else i should do to it?? and mods or should i wait until i run the engine in?? :D

Just wondering if anyone has got the new 09 DHZ Outlaw 140cc or knows anyone that has one wanted to know how it goes?? im getting one soon:D thanks
