Hi Last week I spun a tyre on the rim and ripped the tube (should check pressures before riding). Just a few quick questions. Does the new tube have a nut on the tube stem on the inside of the rim and one on the outside? What pressure should I run in a 12inch rear and a 14inch front? Thanks
