The cam cover on your head is the wrong style for it to be a V2. I am guessing it is stock or maybe ported cant say for sure with out having a look. Also the TB 28mm Performance Carb is a good choice.

Where did you order these parts from? STR billet brake adapter kit STR black brake lines. I need to order these parts for my LXR. Mine isn't packing quite as much punch as your Daytona 190 but its not bad. Mine is a 184cc with a v2 head and few other bits.

I don't know if you knew this or not but your brake pedal is assembled wrong. The part where your foot would push the pedal down is facing the wrong direction. It should be facing out away from the motor and not toward it.

Basically your shock is too long making the swing arm sit at too steep of an angle as well as the chain being too tight. Looks to me like you got an H swing arm type of shock and you needed a shock for an A type.

Your chain is way too tight.

I guess my next question would be if the 320 or 350Lbs spring is going to be ok for a 250Lbs rider?

Its whats called a brake snake. It attaches to the brake pedal and then to the frame to keep it from being ripped off in a crash. My LXR has one on the brake and one on the shifter as well. Your bike seems to be the same as an LXR at least from the pix and the fact that it has the same swing...

Yep they will fit but its going to be a good fight. New bearings and spacers as well as a new caliper mount.

Really just so I can get the parts later on locally and a better selection of rims and hubs.

So what all is necessary to put a KX65 front wheel and brakes on an LXR with GPX front forks? Also what is needed to replace the back wheel with the KX65. I have access to a machine shop if it is necessary.

I have this one but it cracked right under the gear where the bolt goes in. I will probably just remove that bolt hole since a lot of them don't have one in that location. I am guessing because of the number of them that have cracked or broken.

What ignition covers can be used on a Z155/160R motor and where can I find a nice one that hasn't got a web site vendors name on it. Also will the ones listed at DHZ work?
