my latest buy, 2x Yamaha Chappy 80cc 2 strokes, and build/modify thread

Hey my67xr, I have an ongoing build of an LB80 I acquired that needed a bit of work. I am looking at getting a new exhaust (not really handy enough to fab one up myself), thinking of going for the Giannelli. I have seen people fit them on other sites, but all the sites for sale say they fit 1990...

The below picture is where the slide currently sits Yea I have made sure I loosened the throttle cable so it wasn't already pulling the slide up. Any thoughts?

Carby is new, wouldn't think there would be anything in it, but will check it out anyway. Have checked the slide and its in correctly. Will play with it over the weekend and see how I go..

    Benny D's XR50 build

TB88 V2 kit installed Haven't had the chance to ride it yet, just fired it up (have next to no backyard). It is revving really high, and me not being the most mechanically minded person (accountant by trade) have been left doing my research online. I understand a lot of people have...

    Gerro's 50 Build

I think there would be a few of us lining up for that pipe if it hit the market. Amazing build, it just doesn't end!

    Benny D's XR50 build

Update.. Got some new parts recently: - Sano/Billetware cradle frame - Fast 50s bash plate - Fast 50s throttle - Fast 50s dipstick - Tapered bearings I had been looking for an aftermarket frame for a while, but they are extremely hard to find new at the moment, I found this one on planet...

    billetware frames for crf50!

I had been looking for an after market frame for a while, it appears there are currently not many companies making the billetware type frames for the A-style swingarm. I have a Sano/billetware frame I bought off planet minis on the way at the moment, looking forward to getting it all hooked up!
