Is this the real GPX 125?

I believe I'm just going to go with a Piranha 140 from tbolt. Order it with the 26mm Mikuni and be on my way.

Jianshe Coyote PY80 build, china PW80 copy

Well where ever I go with the engine choice, its going to be fun rebuilding my bike. Glad I read your build thread (my67xr) for you have inspired me! Will be poking Into my Piranha 190 piggy bank but I don't mind one bit. This was my Golden 13th birthday gift and it will be nice if to get her...

Jianshe Coyote PY80 build, china PW80 copy

I'm in the USA. I only see Piranha, Lifan, Daytona, Pitster pro and SSR engines at tbolt.com. Are the Pitster pro engines any good? I probably won't mind shoving a 140cc in this thing. I will be modding the forks and mono for more travel of course.

Also it seems the PW's have 12" rear and 14" front tires. My Jianshe copy has 14/16" wheels. Rather hard finding 16" fronts... Found an IRC 16 and may get 14" MX32 for the rear. Tires on it now are cheap street like tires.

Is this the real GPX 125?

So I'm looking around for the GPX 125cc Engine that revs at 13k but can't seem to find a good seller. Found these guys but I don't think it's the GPX motor. Pitster Pros 125cc HP Crate Engine Anyone know where I can get one shipped to the US?

Jianshe Coyote PY80 build, china PW80 copy

Yea I'm sure you're right. I was glad to find that there are a ton of plastic kits available on eBay for this bike. My bike has no fenders anymore. Wish they didn't include tank and seat but I don't mind spending $75. Also need a new shock. Sisters 400lb boyfriend sat on it years ago and blew it...

So do you have think the GPX 150 would be to much for this frame? Imagining my Jianshe with a powerplant that big sounds soo awesome.

Great job restoring that bike. Reading this thread really makes me want to restore my Jianshe now! Been a while, do you have any finished photos of the bike?

    Introduce yourself :)

Did some quick looking. Yea it does seem the GPX is a much more reliable engine. The Jianshe is beat up so I was looking real cheaply but your right, I'd rather spend a tiny more for reliability and power. Will definitely take a look at your build when the time is available to me. I feel like...

    Exhaust for Yamaha PW80 clone?

Oh nice! Yea I will have a uni on the new motor. This bike just survived last weekend running without a filter! For some reason it would barely run with the filter on. Been sitting for a couple years so who knows. Thanks! Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

    Exhaust for Yamaha PW80 clone?

OK I got this 100cc Jianshe Flywing 11 years ago for my 13th birthday. After years of torture she is still hanging on but just barely. I was thinking of throwing a Lifan 125cc in it. My only question is what pipe will fit this frame and perform well with the Lifan? The frame is a clone of the...
