Working on exhaust the headers are about 85% done.

Thanks.... Scooter= motor and swingarm 1 complete unit. Cvt type trans no gears. Some mopeds have step through style chassis also. But they are not classified as scooters.

I'm using the scooter chassis and fairings. The ninja 250 have a tube style chassis. In the engine bay, nothing but the battery. When it was in scooter form.

Had to weld in some motor mounts for the new engine. I was prepared to fab up some. When I bought the motor. The guy I bought it from. Cut the chassis leaving the motor in. So I cut out the ninja 250 motor mounts. Then welded them in the scooter chassis.
