I've been playing around setting up a cheapish ok quality helmet cam... This is what I've done so far for about $400 including pocket sized recorder, it records about 80mins at 640x480 30fps Xvid... Not the best quality but it's ok... Still needs some work, like a sun shade to cut out a bit...
