Well, Maybe your engine is seized or nut on the recoil is too tight? For not starting or running for short bursts. Try cleaning your carb. check the hose and filter or any on/off valves. Just some ideas for you dude.

well if it has a starter, then that means you'll have a starter relay, and basically a push start button or whatever you use is a controlled way of jumping the relay, so run pos. and neg. from your realay to your start button and your good.
