Really like the thread. To change the subject, have you changed the gearing to get a higher top speed/lower revs? I couldn't source a 37-39 tooth rear sprocket that would fit a postie wheel and wasn't happy with a smaller front sprocket.

Correct, eg, bigger front sprocket=lower engine speed per rear wheel revolution, and bigger rear spins rear wheel faster for given chain speed.etc.

I believe CactusJack is our local transplant guru, but you can also look at honda_clone.com for specific info re wiring and the adaptor brackets. My project CT110 just got written off by inattentive cage driver, rrr! Good luck.

Err, more complicated than it first appears. You'll need new lower mounting adaptor brackets, an adaptor plate for the footpegs, clutch lever and cable (DrATV), new harness for the new CDI and coil (ebay), and new sprockets (ebay) to gear it up to use the extra power; and the lights etc. are not...

Hi s8npostie, When I've searched 140's, the general opinion is that they're fast and acceptably robust. Little comparison I've seen re Honda and 140 Chonda. I'll take my time to replace the holed crankcase, err, rebuild really on the 110.

What's the fix for auto to manual clutch? (I'm putting in an Outlaw 140). Although I have a spare Honda autoclutch.
