yes i fitted klx plastics/graphics to my orion, you might have to make a little bracket for the right side fender i had to, not hard though.

does installing an after market exhaust like FMF on a mini improve much performance or just sound better has enyone got an after market exhaust that can answer

Hey guys, I have a 140cc Orion Bigwheel i want more acceleration so i can pop some wheelies n that. I currently have a 15t front sprocket, will a 14t make much difference or should i go to a 13t. Also is it worth putting an IRK kit in it?

yeah, i cut my toe up pretty bad haha (dont kick start without shoes on :P). spark plugs all sweet not sure on carby tho. How do i find TDC?

nope dont twist the throttle at all, but tryed doing that to, didnt help. This is how it has started since the second start since we got it.

Hey i recently bought a orion 140cc (bigwheel) and when i start it on the 1st and sometimes 2nd kick it makes a noise as though its flooded and the kick start flings back REALLY HARD with or without choke, then after this it will start. Can any body help :confused:
