can someone tell me if i can use this oil, can i use any 10w-40?

there are some oils you cant use... i just stick to Motul 20w-50... works a treat on my z160ho

- Shell Advance 4T Motorbike Oil - 15W-40, 1 Litre - Supercheap Auto
- Castrol Activ 4T Motorbike Oil - 15W-50, 1 Litre - Supercheap Auto

i've run Castrol Magnatec in my ducar 125 for 2 years without a problem. but this was before i found out that you can't run these chinese donks on synthetic oil.
