Does anyone know much about the following, where they can be ridden, does anyone run them?

Looks like pocket bike racing. They race on go kart tracks. Not sure on much more but there would be clubs around for these I reckon.

they look bigger than pocket bikes and have suspension and gears, 160cc.

Yes they can be ridden. We have 2 of them racing at the SWMMC in Warrnambool.
They are slightly heavier than a normal dirt style frame but that is mostly in the fibreglass.

But, when it comes to racing around the track, once setup, they stop and turn much better than converted motard. fairings

They look pretty cool and well built for the price. Woukd be heaps of fun nonetheless
