Hey Dafunk, I'm not for a second saying I'd go it alone!!!! I'm just speculating in ways and means of breaking this record!! And interpretation of the rules.

I've used the malossi stuff in the past, I see Athena sell an 50cc top end with a vacuum power valve, looks awesome just conect a vacuum line up to the back end of the exhaust and exhaust pressure opens the power valve up!!!

hey ringo if you change your mind , let me know i'll set you up .
we used mallosi team stuff crank,pipe, cylinder and head , big $$ . ta scootershop
will see how it survived as we had it run lean a few times and during testing the whole carb fell off !
pulling it to bits then back to stock today
i like the power valve cylinder looks pro

1) Aprilia SR50 in modified class (you can do what you want as long as it’s not over 50cc - http://www.thescootershop.net.au/NewScooters/tabid/5748/mid/6491/ctl/details/adid/9928/Default.aspx ) Team: Ron, David and Nic
1st overall and 1^st in class

2) TGP Tapo in De-restricted class (only the restrictors can be removed - http://www.thescootershop.net.au/NewScooters/tabid/5748/mid/6491/ctl/details/adid/8873/Default.aspx ) Team: Pete, Bred and Londin
3^rd overall and 2^nd in class
