26mm D-slide problems?

hey guys
i got my new 26mm D-slide the other day.
put it on last night and tryed to tune it....
whatever the needle postion is very top , middle , bottom it still bogg and dies when you give the throttle a quick stab.?

ive read a fair bit over the last 12 hours , and im thinking that the pilot jet needs to be bigger?

any other ideas?

its on a lifan 140 with no serious mods..

how old the engine? if you never done the valves try them

nah did the valves last night inlet 003 exhaust 005
and the engine is about 3 monthes old

exhaust valve have to be .004! and put the needleclip in the middle!!

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but off idle it will always bog if you give it a quick stab.

Like themountain said put the needle clip in the middle then check you have not kinked your fuel line, start you bike, let it warm up, then adjust your mixture screw.

when engine warm bike should not bog down when you give it a quick stab
both my my bikes will rev on a short hard stab but only when warm

if yours is boging down you have got some tuning to do my friend
