28mm flat slide carby what do you think?

way to big for a pitbike, u'll have no bottom end what so ever, it will bog like hell and be a slug.

Would this be a good upgrade for the 138cc jialing im about to buy ? Would it be hard to find jets to fit this carby?

no need to go 28mm on a 138cc even. 26mm or 24mm will work just as good if not better. bigger is not always better. u dont want more fuel going into the engine than what it can burn, it will just be a loss of power.
