47cc Pocket Bike carb -overflow line really leaks

I have a brand new little 47cc Pocket Bike and it runs fine but the overflow line is constantly leaking out. Any advice on how to stop it.

It is constent. Do you think there is something blocking the carb??

you would need to clean your carbie, take it apart and give it a good clean
