quad was easy to start before i replaced fuel line and filter.
the new fuel line and filter is slightly larger in diameter.
starts sometimes with full throttle and choke set at different settings
but takes many pulls.
once warm it starts first pull every time.
is the larger pipe delivering more fuel and flooding carby?
therefore changing the way you need to start now (e.g. throttle and choke
must be set to different positions now)

you must fit clips or small cable ties to all 4 fuel line connecting points as there is a chance that now using a larger hose , air is being sucked into this somewhere.

http://www.pocket-bike-racing.com.au has much more information on 49cc engines, I would recommend checking there.
