70cc loncin still wont go !!!!

my sons quad wont run at all . it has spark petrol , i've cleaned out the carby and it still wont go . i was thinking it must have something to do with the alarm that comes with these bikes . any ideas would be great coz i've ran out of them . it cranks over easy , i,ve checked everything i can think of and it should go but won't. valve opening and closing , piston still goes up and down help me please

Have you checked the spark by taking the park plug out and grounding it against the head and seeing if it is sparking. Cause if it is then it cant be a alarm issue cause it would stop you getting spark. If you have spark then try some "start you bastard" or a bit of fuel down the plug hole and if it dies after a while it must be carby issue.
