99 rm 125 won't start

I don't kno wat else to do I just put in a top end it seems to have plenty of compression and has spark I even sprayed a lil starting fluid in jug and nuttin when I first put top end in and put it back together it fired up 2 kick now nothing idk wat else to do

spark related prolly.. take the plug out and see if it sparks if not, clean the plug and go from there
