Applying sticker kit to plastics

Ive got a klx110 rockstar sticker kit which was purchased from ebay, one of those 3M film ones and just wondering how to apply them onto the plastics. Im going to be getting some new ones soon, probably white. Do they just stick straight on? Any tips so I dont stuff it up. Thanks

Mate get a heat gun helps so much just line it up and apply slowly and use heat but not too much coz you will melt them and it's not that hard maybe use google I did and found a little bit of info

clean the plastics down with wax and grease remover and then get a spray bottle with water and just a tiny bit of detergent and give the plastic a light coat of the water before u put the sticker on, its so u can slide it around when its on there and get it into the right position, and i use a wet cloth to push the water out from under the sticker and just put it in the sun for an hour or so,
