atomik 70cc valve issues

hey, I bought a atomik 70cc pit bike for 100 bucks but when I kick it over the air and fuel blows back out of the carby. The timing is set right but i cant figure out why it still does it.must be somthing with the valves but what ?? can anyone help me.
