atomk 125. sometimes hard to start...

i have an older atomik 125 avenger, not sure of the motor. i think its ducar.

WHen i start it 1st time it will kick over (choke on) 1st or 3rd kick no probs at all.

If i then turn it off, and go to re kick it , the motor just wont start! It takes about 15kickstart with the choke off to re start it.. and even when i does start it kinda..splutters and stalls when u start to rev it.. then finally it will start and be fine.

THe plug is a bit old (ngk) gets fouled up a bit after a ride though... but theres plenty of spark from it after a clean.

buy a new plug it could be faulty and this is the wrong section it should be in tech talk

heyy mate try getting a new spark plug NGK maybe clean out da carbie.

hey mate yeh they have a ducar motor!!
^^^^definately clean out your carbi n have you changed the motor oil in it??
