bark busters

hey i saw some bark busters on some of the motards on this site and was wondering if they were special size and if so where can i get them
i need them as a few weeks ago i landed of a really messed up jump on my handle bar, this was ok, BUT my hand some how ended up under end of the bar... THAT HURT!
