Personally I owned all the gear before a road bike and seeing as Motard is on asphalt I'd be investing in some bloody good gear before I hit the track... I like my arms/legs/skin on!
that's before you hit the track, I'm talking about before you get your bike prep'd.
I was more going towards my other point of buying sticker kits and plastics before you buy a bike... It's just stupid... Buying heaps of little things adds up.. With the amount of money I have invested in pit bikes, I could of brought a nice 125 jap bike, which was my plan at the start. Oh well... Do what you want atomik, buy all these 'kool' things..
