Basic carb setting ... Ducar125, mikuni carb

Just need a basic guide on how to set up my carb.

I can see a screw on the side. And one at bottom of "fuel bowl" ... Will there be another ?

How do I basically set it , then I can adjust accordinly from there

..... Also what way is the choke on ? Lever pushed down (I would describe as open)? Or pulled up (shut) ?
