ok i have a electric start bike that dont start with the starter any more;will taking the battery out stop the bike from running or can i just ditch it and it will start with the kick starter and turn of just like before

you can piss the battery off it wont affect the kick starter.

Yeah you can pull off all the wires and shit for the electric start and you should be able to kick it over fine
