Picked the bike up a while ago, replaced the Super Comp build.

KLX 138+R Engine
Takegawa 138+R Superhead bore kit fitted with ceramic coated cylinder
Takegawa Manual Cable Clutch with Primary gear and Kevlar clutch plates
CHP Billet 2nd Gear
Kitaco Heavy Duty Silent Cam chain
Kitaco Titanium Tappets (reduces reciprocating mass of your top end and allows engine to rev easier and have less restriction)
CHP Red Billet magnetic drain plug
CHP Heavy duty Shift detent to prevent breaking of pins
Takegawa Heavy duty 4 Speed shift drum
Takegawa VM26 carburettor and manifold all built and jetted to match the 138+R engine

Engine was stripped down to the bare cases and rebuilt from the ground up with all manufacturing/mould bits removed so as to aid oil flow around the engine.
All oil seals and beaings in cases were replaced with high quality japanese bearings/seals then rebuilt with balancing of the crankshaft and all new gaskets.

BBR Perimeter frame kit
BBR seat
STR KX65 rear wheel brake with YZF master cylinder and BBR pedal
STR CR85 front brake
New style Marzocchi's
Pro Taper Contour bars
D section pipe
Fastway pegs

Did you build it to stay under a 140cc limit?

no it'll be in an evo class as its BVH, jap etc. stock 140's only in the 140 class. was going to stroke it but reliability and another case split decided that one for me.

cheers guys :alc: mounting the graphics on the plastics today

wayne'o... :action-smiley-035:
