premium or anything over 95 octane runs best butm normal full runs fine no real noticable performance gain in them tho

shouldnt make a great deal of difference to a stock bike, car, boat etc...
the higher the octane, the better the burn though. when you have mods on them thats when its more noticeable. more reliable burn. claims of better economy but who the **** knows... just ride till it needs re fueling...
