big boar 125cc

Hi,
I have a 125cc lifan engine and i wont to big boar it up to 140cc and whats the cheapest kit i can get ???

but then you also need a Big valve head and a cam

all up it'd cost around $300-$400.... not really worth it when you can just buy a yx140 with a cam for $400

I have another question is it possible to put a 125cc head on a 110cc engine??
